FaceFairy Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse facefairy.studio, request a booking or quote, submit an inquiry, use our educational resources, or otherwise communicate with us. The website and its service-request forms are intended for adults, including parents, guardians, event organizers, businesses, and organizations.

Information you provide

Depending on the feature you use, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, event date and time, city or venue information, event type, guest count, requested duration, budget range, service interests, artwork-inquiry subject, and messages or other details you choose to submit. We also receive information contained in emails, calls, or other communications you send us.

Our public invoice resources link to a separate FaceFairy invoice tool. Information entered into that tool is subject to the notices and operation of that tool. FaceFairy's public website does not currently process card payments through its booking forms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit or submit a form, our systems may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, user agent, referring page, timestamps, requested pages, and server-log information. Laravel may use a session cookie for security and site functionality. The guided booking experience also uses browser local storage to remember an in-progress session on your device.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information about visits and interactions, subject to Google's settings and policies.

If advertising is enabled on FaceFairy Studio in the future, third-party advertising providers such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, measure, and improve advertising, depending on your region and applicable consent choices. Before advertising is enabled, FaceFairy Studio will evaluate and implement any additional consent controls required for the regions it serves.

Although our services and educational materials may concern children, the website's inquiry, booking, and purchasing processes are designed for adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children through the website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.
