Step-by-Step Instructions
Paint the Head
Using white paint, sketch the side profile of a horse head along the cheek or forehead.
Add the Horn
Paint a pointy triangle horn emerging from the top of the head. You can use white or yellow.
Rainbow Mane
Load a flat brush with a rainbow split cake and stamp it along the back of the neck to create a flowing mane.
Outline the Face
